Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please SMS 0403 399 389 or email info@zenjoy.com.au

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new time.


Late Arrival Policy

To respect everyone’s time, sessions will finish at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. The full session fee still applies. If you’re running behind, please let us know as early as possible — we’ll adjust where we can.


Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of your session. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and online bank transfers for your convenience.


Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. All personal and health information you provide is kept strictly confidential and used only to deliver your treatment. We never share your details with third parties without your consent. All records are securely stored in compliance with Australian privacy regulations.


Health & Safety Policy

Your health and safety come first. We follow strict hygiene and sanitation standards. If you’re feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of illness, please reschedule – this helps protect both clients and staff.


Refund Policy

Massage services are non-refundable. However, if you’re unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We’ll work with you to find a fair and suitable resolution.


Booking Policy

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or via email.

Please double-check your selected treatment and time before confirming.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your booking is complete.

If you need to change your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate.


Treatment Agreement

By booking with Zenjoy Massage, you consent to receive massage therapy and confirm that all health information you’ve provided is accurate.

Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns before your session so your treatment can be tailored safely.

If you experience discomfort during your session, let your therapist know immediately — adjustments will be made to ensure your comfort.
